Solar Power Plant Calculation
As an affiliate company of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality operating in the field energy, we participated in the “Wecycle Environment and Recycling Technologies Fair” organized in Fuar İzmir from 12 to 14 May.
We introduced to our visitors the solar energy systems, Seymen Biomass Energy Production Facility, Şarjpark electrical vehicle charging systems, mobile energy tower, energy efficiency consultancy services and smart lighting systems in the fair which we participated in, together with our specialist engineer staff.
İSTAÇ, the affiliate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality providing service in the field of Environment and Waste Management participated in the fair in which the companies producing sustainable energy and operating in the field of recycling, environment and waste management, in addition to local administrations.
Presentations with respect to environment and recycling technologies were performed in the inauguration performed with the participation of Tunç Soyer, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor. Following the inauguration, Tunç Soyer visited the booths of İstanbul Enerji and İSTAÇ, affiliates of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and made contacts.
Local Administrations Should Make Minimum Energy Management a Part of their Processes through Transportation, Energy and Environment Planning
Yüksel Yalçın, our General Manager made a presentation titled “Energy Investment and Management in Industrial Facilities and Commercial Structures” in the panel realized on the 2nd day of the fair with the participation of Industrialists and Businessmen from Izmir. Yalçın who made explanations in his presentation using examples of climate, environment and energy relation and gave information about the approach of building producing its own energy, energy transformation, carbon footprint and carbon credit implementations as well.
Yalçın mentioned the necessity for joining the Energy and Environment Management units in the form of a department structure in the organizations of local administrations and stated that this should be implemented in institutional and sustainable scale. Yalçın who explained the works of SECAP-Sustainable Energy, Climate, Action Plan that we performed with Municipalities; he shared that they executed SECAP works together with certificated specialist engineer staff within our organization and academicians. Yüksel Yalçın recommended the industrialists to adopt urgently roof GES application for the purpose of decreasing the energy costs increasing recently.
We Signed Protocol of Collaboration with İzenerji
We signed protocol of collaboration with İzenerji, an affiliate company of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality operating in the field energy in the fair, for the purpose of knowledge and experience sharing with respect to energy technologies project implementations.
The relations between the two companies have been institutionalized through the protocol signed by and between Yüksel Yalçın, our General Manager and Ali Ercan Türkoğlu, Chairman of Board of Directors of İzenerji. We will share mutually with respect to the activities related energy and environment to be performed in the two metropolises through this protocol, as two companies operating in the field energy. This collaboration will, at the same time, cover İsetaş and İzetaş providing service within the organization of our company and the energy supply companies providing service within the organization of İzenerji.
Yüzerges in our booth and MEK- Mobil Energy Tower producing energy with the solar panels as well as the wind turbine within it were the center of the visitors’ interest.
