İstanbul Enerji, reveals the energy efficiency potential of your facility through an energy audit. In buildings or industrial facilities, it conducts measurements related to heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, automation, mechanical systems, architecture, and production processes. Based on these measurements, it performs detailed analyses and provides an energy audit report that includes Efficiency Improvement Projects (VAP).

In accordance with the “Energy Efficiency Law” No. 5627 dated May 2, 2007, and the “Regulation on Increasing Efficiency in the Use of Energy Resources and Energy” published in the Official Gazette No. 27035 dated October 25, 2008:

• Public buildings with an annual energy consumption of 250 TOE or more, or with a construction area of 10,000 m² or more, are required to conduct an energy audit every 7 years,
• Commercial and service buildings with an annual energy consumption of 500 TOE or more, or with a construction area of 20,000 m² or more, are required to conduct an energy audit every 7 years,
• Industrial enterprises with an annual energy consumption of more than 1,000 TOE are required to conduct an energy audit every 4 years.
