You can submit your requests according to the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller” by completing the Application Form available on our website and sending it to “Istanbul World Trade Center (IWTC) Blocks A2 Block No:10, Floor:17, Office No:467, 34149 Yeşilköy – Bakırköy / ISTANBUL” or by emailing it to kvkk@enerji.istanbul.
Our Company will conclude your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. The first request will be processed free of charge; however, in the event of subsequent or cost-incurring requests, a fee may be charged. The Company may accept and process the request or reject it by providing a written justification.
If the application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is provided within the stipulated time, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within thirty days following the notification of the response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date of application. However, you must exhaust the application process before filing a complaint.
The Board may conduct an investigation ex officio or upon a complaint. If it determines a violation, it may instruct the data controller to remedy the violation. This decision must be implemented within thirty days from the notification. In case of serious and irreparable damage and a clear violation of the law, the Board may suspend data processing or data transfer abroad.
