Energy Survey

Istanbul Energy reveals the energy efficiency potential in your facility with its energy survey. It takes measurements for your heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, automation, mechanical, architectural and production processes in your building or industrial facility. It conducts detailed analyzes as a result of the measurements and presents an energy audit report containing Efficiency Increasing Projects (EIPs).

Pursuant to the “Energy Efficiency Law” no. 5627 dated 2 May 2007 and “Regulation on Increasing Efficiency in the Use of Energy Resources and Energy” no. 27035 dated 25 October 2008 regarding energy survey;

• Public buildings that consume 250 TOE or more per year or have a construction area of 10.000 m² or more are obliged to conduct energy surveys every 7 years,
• Commercial and service buildings that consume 500 TOE or more per year or have a construction area of 20.000 m² or more are obliged to conduct energy surveys every 7 years,
• Industrial enterprises that consume more than 1.000 TOE per year are obliged to conduct energy surveys every 4 years.
