On behalf of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, İstanbul Enerji has been continuously providing construction, maintenance, and repair services for the lighting systems of parks, green areas, and open public spaces since 2007. Carried out with a technical staff of approximately 200 personnel, these operations contribute to a safe and comfortable urban life for Istanbul residents.
Maintenance, repair, renewal, and installation of new lighting systems are carried out across hundreds of parks and green areas under our responsibility.
Energy Efficiency
To enhance energy efficiency and support sustainable urban lighting, existing lighting systems are upgraded with high-efficiency luminaires featuring LED technology. Within the scope of these efforts, existing fixtures are either replaced entirely or retrofitted with LED light sources based on specific requirements.
Maintenance and Remote Monitoring
Hundreds of lighting facilities across Istanbul are monitored in real time using remote tracking and control systems. This allows for swift intervention in case of potential malfunctions to ensure service continuity, while ongoing efforts to operate systems efficiently and securely through smart lighting applications proceed without interruption.
We are striving to implement energy investments and programs in line with sustainable, technological, and clean energy policies, primarily with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, as well as the public and private sectors.
