The Istanbul Kültür A.Ş. Headquarters Solar Power Plant, which became operational in September 2020, has an installed capacity of 17.1 kW. The total installation area of the plant is approximately 180 m². A total of 57 units of 300 Wp PERC monocrystalline photovoltaic solar panels have been installed on the roof of the office building at Istanbul Kültür A.Ş. Headquarters. The electricity generated from this Solar Power Plant is used to meet the internal energy needs of the facility.
The Solar Power Plant installed at Istanbul Kültür A.Ş. Headquarters is capable of covering the annual electricity consumption of 14 households and prevents 11.3 tons of CO2 emissions per year. This is equivalent to removing 9 cars from traffic or planting 292 trees, providing a corresponding environmental benefit.
