On Wednesday, February 23, İstanbul Energy held the “Energy Workshop” at the Seymen Energy Production Facility with Silivri SİAD. Hosting 60 industrial companies, the event included the signing of a cooperation protocol covering energy investments and energy efficiency consultancy services by İstanbul Energy AŞ General Manager Yüksel Yalçın and Silivri SİAD President Hakan Kocabaş. With this protocol, İstanbul Energy became a member of the association and an energy desk was established within Silivri SİAD. İstanbul Energy’s expert engineering team answered energy-related questions during one-on-one meetings with Silivri industrialists. At the event, Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Özbakır from Yıldız Technical University’s Department of City and Regional Planning delivered a presentation on “Energy-Efficient Planning and Climate Change.”
