İSKOM 19,8 kWp SPP Installation

The Solar Power Plant of 19,8 kWp having an area of 300m² on the roof of Istanbul Water Coordination Center building continues with its operation.

Totally 66 monocrystal photovoltaic solar panels of 300 Wp have been placed on the roof of Istanbul Water Coordination Center building olup 1 inverter of 20 kW has been used. The electrical power generated from the Solar Power Plant in question is used for the internal requirements of the facility.

The Solar Power Plant installed in Istanbul Water Coordination Center building has a power that could respond the annual electricity requirement of 17 households and prevents 13,5 tons of CO2 emission annually. This provides environmental benefit equivalent to withdrawal of 11 vehicles from the traffic or planting 347 trees.
